All Dolled Up

How many of you have fond memories of a special toy from your childhood? I’m sure there are a few former little boys who still harbor affection for a particular toy from their past, but there are many former little girls who remain connected to a doll. To a little girl, a doll is a person, a close friend. If you would like to see examples of our doll collection and you missed the exhibit at the Bernhard Museum Winery, great news! The exhibit, All Dolled Up, will be relocated to the Treasury on the first floor of the historic Courthouse in Auburn on February 18th. As part of the exhibit, we collected stories from community members about a memorable doll from their childhood. We invite you to view the exhibit, and perhaps share your own doll story with us.
.
The Treasury is the first room on the right as you enter the Courthouse (where the gold collection is on display). The historic Courthouse is located at 101 Maple Street.

For more information about the exhibit, please call 530-889-6500.
